University of maryland global campus

edX MicroMasters in Instructional Design & Technology

Challenge: The university sought to create its first fully online MicroMasters program on edX, requiring high-quality, accessible, and engaging course design to attract a global learner audience.
Solution: Led the design and development of multiple graduate-level courses, applying best practices in instructional design, accessibility compliance (WCAG & Section 508), and multimedia integration. Collaborated with faculty and media teams to create interactive, project-based learning experiences.
Impact: Successfully launched the university’s first edX MicroMasters, reaching thousands of learners worldwide and establishing a scalable model for future online programs.

HZ University of Applied Sciences

University-Wide LMS Adoption

Challenge: The university needed to implement a new learning management system (Moodle) to support 5,000+ users across 100+ courses, ensuring faculty and students could fully leverage digital learning.
Solution: Spearheaded the launch, configuration, and adoption strategy for the LMS, including faculty training, blended learning design, and integration of interactive tools. Provided ongoing instructional and technical support to ensure smooth transition and sustained engagement.

Solution: Oversaw design and delivery of hybrid learning aligned to federal competency frameworks; developed leadership and supervisor training.
