Meet the Founder
As Dunn Solutions’ founder, I bring global perspective, deep instructional design expertise, and a calm, collaborative leadership style to every project. I’ve led learning initiatives for 6,000+ staff in over 100 countries, modernized training programs, and built talent development strategies that drive measurable impact. A Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute, I combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach to help clients achieve their goals.
